Base Access is Required

Since our wedding is taking place on a military base, all guests must complete the necessary paperwork and bring proper identification to enter the base. This is a security requirement that cannot be waived.

You MUST complete the base access registration form or you will not be allowed on the base!
This needs to be completed before July 20th!

What You Need to Do

Follow these steps to ensure smooth base access

1. Complete Online Registration

All guests must complete the online base access registration form. This is a mandatory requirement for entry.

2. Bring Valid ID

Each guest must bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms include:

  • U.S. Passport
  • Military ID (CAC or retired)
  • Permanent Resident Card
  • TWIC or EDL
  • Driver's License

3. Arrive Early

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to allow for security screening and processing.

Ceremony Time: 5:30 PM
Arrive By: 5:00 PM

Complete the Registration Form

Follow the prompts and complete each section on the form. Ensure your name matches the government-issued ID you will present at the gate.

Use Sponsor Information

During registration, you'll be asked for the following sponsor information:

Submit Your Code

After registering, you will receive a QR code and a six-character code. Please save or screenshot this code. Then email or text it back to Hilary or Brendan. You must send this six-character code to us for base access. If you already filled out and submitted the code after you RSVP'd, you do not need to send it to us again.

âš ī¸ Important:

The QR code alone will not grant you access to the base. A physical paper pass is required and will be given to you prior to the event.

If you are a foreign national, also include the expiration date of your passport. This must be sent to us well before the expiration date of the code to ensure timely processing.

What to expect when visiting the base

For security reasons, please do not bring:

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Large bags or backpacks
  • Professional camera equipment (without prior approval)
  • Drones or other flying devices

🚗 Parking

Parking will be available on base. Follow the signs to the designated wedding parking area. Carpooling is encouraged.
